“From the time I decided on getting a one-story addition up until now, Manton LLC made the entire process easy. Taft, the owner, sat down with me to talk out ideas and schedule; gave me comprehensive estimates; worked with the county to finalize paperwork; reviewed the building plans thoroughly (to the point where he actually sent them back to the architect for revision); and followed up on any minor issues that came up once the project was completed.
Because I have such an odd-shaped yard, I don’t have a lot of options when it comes to building, but Taft/Manton made the best use of the limited space, even when I asked for 3/4 bath to be included.
The Manton employees were courteous, friendly, and even got along with my dog. Taft was always available via text, cell, or email, and if he planned on being away for more than a few days, he would let me know who else to contact in case I had any questions.
The finished space is gorgeous: high, vaulted ceiling, skylights, one remaining brick wall intact (all of which Taft suggested — I never would have had the imagination to come up with any of this on my own).
